Workshop on Innovation and Technology in Cretan products

The Panhellenic Association of Food Technologists (P.E.T.E.T.T.) in collaboration with the Bioresearch and Kappa Studies organize a Workshop on:

"Innovation & Technology in the production, safety and quality of Cretan products"

on Saturday 06 April 2024, Time: 16:00 at the "Garden of Sensations", in Malades. The event will be welcomed by Mr. Ioannis Smarnakis, President of P.E.T.E.T., Dr. Alexandros Stefanakis, President - Scientific Manager of Bioresearch and Iameo Kalathaki, Director of Kappa Studies, Food Technologist MSc.

After the welcoming remarks and the dignitaries, there will be 2 rounds of discussions, the first one on Food Production, Quality & Safety as Tools for Innovation, moderated by Ioanna Balafouti, Editor of Olive magazine and MACC partner. Participants:

At the end of the discussion there will be questions from the audience and immediately afterwards Anastasia Stefanaki, Food Technologist, Head of the Department of Bioresearch Studies, will moderate the second discussion of the day on Safety and Hygiene in Mass Catering. Participants:
