invite you to an informative workshop on:
"How modern requirements in the operation of tourism businesses can be transformed into a competitive advantage"
Based on the new data on a global level, the way to the sustainability of hotels is through sustainability. For this reason, there is an urgent need to implement quality systems that will ensure hygiene and safety within the tourist infrastructure and guarantee respect for the environment.
The workshop is addressed to tourism entrepreneurs, hoteliers, hoteliers, catering and their employees and will take place on Wednesday 1 February 2023 at the KEK Heraklion, Archimedes 1 and Ikaros in N. Alikarnassos.

Dr. Stephanakis Alexandros Stefanakis from BioResearch Laboratories SA will present the new proposals-innovations in the following fields:
1. Health and safety in hotel units
2. Health and safety in hospitality, health and safety in hotel rooms, health and safety in the hotel industry
3. Good practices and compliance tools/methods for the management of
(zero waste)
4. Reduction of the environmental footprint of hotels through
Reducing the environmental footprint of hotels through improving environmental performance.
Regarding the requirements and criteria set by tour operators at a global level, as well as the model of sustainable tourism, one of the pioneers of the cruise industry, Mr. George Papagapitos, founder of Travel Dynamics International and "Thalassa Journeys" USA, will be presenting online from America.
MACC's strategic communications manager, Mrs. Maria Christina Baklava, will coordinate the event.
